The integrated information request solution

InfReq100 is an integrated automated solution for information requests by law enforcement and security agencies directed to telecom providers. The following request types are enabled (as provided for by law):

  • Automated subscriber data information requests (sect. 112 of the German Telecommunications Act (TKG))
  • Manual subscriber data information requests (sect. 113 of the German Telecommunications Act (TKG))
  • Call and traffic data queries (sect. 100 g of the German Code of Criminal Procedure (StPO) and associated statutes)
  • Lawful intercept actions (sect. 100 a, b of the German Code of Criminal Procedure (StPO) or the Bundestag G10 Commission (art. 10 of the German Constitution))
  • Location detection and tracking (mobile services)
