Lawful disclosure and interception for OTT communications services in accordance with TR TKÜV and TS 103 707 and TS 103 120 respectively.
According to the German Telecommunications Act (TKG), from December 2023, providers of number-independent interpersonal communications such as e-mail and messenger services are also obliged to answer requests for information from investigating authorities, according to the technical guideline TR TKÜV 8.0. The guideline is issued by the German regulatory authority, Federal Network Agency (BNetzA). It applies that every provider who offers its services in the EU must name a contact person for requests from authorities within the EU. If the number of subscribers exceeds 100,000, an electronic interface for the machine-readable exchange of requests and responses with the investigating authorities must be supported in accordance with the ETSI specifications TS 103 707 v1.2.1 or TS 103 120 v1.12.1. Dialogika is actively involved in this standardisation process.
With InfBrok100, Dialogika offers a flexible workflow system for secure communication with investigative authorities and efficient processing of requests. Subscriber data, traffic data and also content data can be requested.
After the release of the requests by an operator, the required requested data can either be compiled automatically (if the required data supplying systems have already been connected) or added manually. InfBrok100 is available both as an on-premises installation and as a managed or fully managed service.
